ORDER INFORMATION & CONFIRMATION

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.  You will receive two email confirmations from us.  One right after your order is placed that will include your order details and a second email that will include the shipping details and tracking information.  It might take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available online.  If for some reason you do not receive this emails or have any questions regarding your order please contact us at info@kahootie.com.  

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Our products are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.  Customized products and orders placed during peak holiday seasons might require up to 5 business days to process and ship.  Please note that shipping time is in addition to processing time.  You can easily track your shipment status by clicking on the link we will send you with your shipments tracking information.

If for any reason you are in a rush and need the order by a certain date just reach out to us at info@kahootie.com and we will try to do what we can to make it happen.  

SHIPPING CARRIERS

The majority of our orders will ship via USPS, FEDEX or UPS.  The delivery times for the USPS are an estimate and not guaranteed. Shipping charges are based on package weight and shipping destination.  Please expect shipping delays during peak holiday seasons.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

KAHOOTIE CO. is no longer responsible for the shipment once it leaves our warehouse and is received by the postal carrier.  For damaged or lost shipments please contact the carrier to file a claim.  We will be happy to work with the carrier.  

Please verify your shipping address carefully as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
